About me
Mary Margaret Mendenhall works with DES’s Office of Recycling as the presenter for the curriculum, Action For A Cleaner Tomorrow. Her passion and enthusiasm for recycling is evident in the way she presents pertinent information to teachers. Mary Margaret graduated from Winthrop University and taught Kindergarten and First Grade for six years. For the past 30 years, she has been traveling South Carolina training teachers on the "Action" curriculum.
