About me
Beverly Hunter has worked in South Carolina state government for 40+ years and has been Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) director since 2006. She has led the creation of the statewide Program for Infant Toddler Care in partnership with the University of South Carolina College of Education and partnered on Early Childhood Summits to address articulation and workforce needs. She leads a new initiative for the QRIS related to the naturalization of outdoor environments for outdoor play.
