-Identify healthy, whole foods, as well as unhealthy, ultra-processed foods using the Traffic Light Eating Concept.
-Identify where to find healthy, local, and seasonal foods on a budget
-Use their senses to grow, harvest, taste, and learn about healthy food
-Learn about mindful eating, including creative food art skills
-Use the skills they have learned with modifications to lead little learners to be well in the classroom.
