About me
We are passionate about well-being in the workplace and believe that when Early Childhood Educators feel good, they do great work. Our team of Well-Being Coaches offer on-site supports, resources, and practical strategies to promote a culture of well-being in child care centers and family child care homes. Through consultation, training, and coaching, Be Well Care Well helps child care programs create a healthy work environment that allows for greater job satisfaction, decreased stress, and promotes positive relationships among teams.
Be Well Care Well is available at NO COST to Early Care and Education Programs in South Carolina.
Participation in the program includes 12 months of well-being coaching from a Be Well Care Well Coach, wellness items for each participant, and a well-being package with materials for the program.
