Attendees will learn cost-effective strategies for engaging staff training, using existing resources, technology, and community partnerships. The session includes hands-on activities and discussions, focusing on tailoring training for diverse staff needs, retaining new teachers, and meeting the needs of experienced ones. Participants will leave with practical tools and over 50 creative staff development ideas. Additionally, the book "Training Design, Delivery, and Diplomacy" will be raffled.
