This workshop empowers teachers and administrators to see how a task as simple as “putting on shoes” can cultivate leadership in children. Participants will: * Understand the connection between putting your shoes on and leadership development in children; * Equip teachers with practical strategies to foster leadership in children; and * Explore ways to build children’s confidence, decision-making, and responsibility in a classroom setting.
