Have you been wondering? This session is for you to explore this adult first, trauma informed self-regulation approach that builds resilient classrooms, families and communities. We will start with awareness of our brain state, then explore what children’s behavior communicates to us, consider teaching rather than punishing, practice changing some perceptions and practice composure techniques to help us bring our best selves into our classroom or director’s office each day.
